Three 4x2mm lab grown marquise cut diamonds (FG VS) 
One 2mm lab grown round brilliant cut diamond (F VS)

Available with:
A standard earring post with butterfly back
Or a press fit (threadless) back for piercings (18g. 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, or 8mm in length)
